Design Brief
Implement an AI module into the BlockABloom app to support citizen science research, increase awareness of harmful algal blooms, and provide solutions to rid water bodies of them.
Design Solution
BloomBot is an AI Module that exists within the BlockABloom app. It guides users through their field research process and gives insights to the data they are collecting on HABs. BloomBot stores and compounds citizen science data and provides users with actionable information to prevent or combat a harmful bloom. Some features incorporated into the module are: research gamification, an AI chatbot, and data analysis/visualization.
